add all major things to create some drums

TODO:

done:

  • effects chain
  • low pass filter
  • adjust effect strength
  • toggle effects on and off
  • noise effect
  • process envelope last
  • add option to always restrike a note (in voice)
  • better premade voices (especially absolute ones)
  • buttons to change voice octave
  • key notes only voice
